About 250 law enforcement officials have raided two dozen properties throughout Germany linked to Russian oligarch Alisher Usmanov, a detailed ally of President Vladimir Putin, in reference to alleged breaches of sanctions and cash laundering guidelines, officers mentioned Wednesday.
