‘Riverdale’ actor sentenced to life in prison for killing mother, planning PM Trudeau assassination

A former actor on the CW collection “Riverdale” has been sentenced to life in jail after admitting to killing his mom and planning to assassinate Canadian Prime Minister Justice Trudeau. 

Ryan Grantham, 24, was sentenced at British Columbia Supreme Courtroom in Vancouver on Tuesday. The actor can be ineligible for parole for the subsequent 14 years.

Grantham had beforehand pled responsible to the second-degree homicide of his 64-year-old mom Barbara Waite.

Throughout a June listening to, prosecutors stated that the younger actor recorded a GoPro video within the wake of the killing and recorded his mom’s useless physique.
